As a Project Manager, you'll take the lead in driving impactful projects within our Corporate Engineering & Special Projects Department. Reporting directly to the Director of Corporate Engineering, you'll be at the forefront of organizing, planning, and managing high-profile initiatives that shape the future of our organization. Your mission? Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with exceptional results-all while collaborating with site teams and cross-functional experts.
In this dynamic role, you'll oversee a variety of disciplines, including Special Projects Engineers, Purchasing, and Controlling functions, giving you the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across multiple areas. Responsibilities
- Lead Project Organization: Take ownership of projects from the ideation and concept phase, as assigned by the Director of Engineering, KIE, US, ensuring a clear and structured approach.
- Define Project Parameters: Develop and communicate detailed scopes, timelines, and cost estimates to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity.
- Resource Management: Monitor and control resource planning for assigned projects, including capital, manpower, and other critical resources, to ensure efficient execution.
- Team Collaboration: Supervise or collaborate with cross-functional team members, tailoring your approach to the unique needs of each project.
- Progress Reporting: Present quarterly reports to senior leadership, providing updates on project progress, financial performance, potential challenges, and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify potential obstacles early and develop proactive solutions to minimize risks and keep projects on track.
- Drive Continuous Improvement: Analyze project outcomes and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost savings, and enhanced performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring consistent communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Foster Innovation: Encourage creative problem-solving and innovative approaches to overcome challenges and deliver exceptional results.
- Budget Oversight: Track and manage project budgets, ensuring financial accountability and alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing project environment.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering; and
- Minimum ten (10) years of experience in Fiberglass Manufacturing or Project Management
- SAP experience required

- Minimum fifteen (15) years of Fiberglass or related Manufacturing or Project Management experience
- SAP experience required
- Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree in a related technical field preferred
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools and principles involved in production of technical plans, blueprints, drawings and models
- Knowledge of building and construction
- Knowledge of insulation manufacturing
- Working knowledge of SAP required
