Job Description
Plan and direct Human Resources functions for U.S. and International business units. Oversee compliance, employee relations, and policy implementation. May perform additional duties that are similar and consistent with stated position requirements.
Qualified candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, or closely related field plus thereafter 5 years of progressively responsible experience. Of the required experience, must have 5 years of experience in each of the following:
Requires Bilingual Spanish/English. Travel to various locations (20% domestic and 10% international) required to meet business needs.

The actual compensation offered to the successful candidate will depend on the experience, skills, education, work location, internal pay equity and other factors.

- Establishing training programs for 3,000+ employees
- Developing and implementing Human Resources policies for the United States, Canada, and Peru
- Creating policies for compliance with legal requirements in California, Florida, and Oregon
- Developing policies and training materials for Employee Data Management, Hiring, Onboarding, Exit Management, Benefits Administration, and Vendor Management
- Overseeing agricultural manager development programs for field workers
- Determining agricultural field worker compensation frameworks, retention strategies, referral programs, productivity incentives, and quality incentives
- Implementing HRIS systems in the United States, Canada, and Peru, including all of the following systems: mileage reimbursement, paystub enhancement, non-harvest piece rate, and data compliance
