POSITION SUMMARY:
The Product Line Management Director is a strategic leader responsible for the vision, performance, and lifecycle of the medical funding portfolio of products and product experiences. This role drives long-term growth and profitability by shaping product and product experience strategy, identifying market opportunities, and ensuring successful execution across cross-functional teams. This role requires embracing technology, continuously being curious, always showing a sense of urgency, and aligning with AbleNet's guiding principles.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
Own the strategic direction, roadmap, and overall performance of the medical funding product line and end-to-end product experience Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive insights to guide product and product experience planning Define and prioritize product and product experience requirements Lead cross-functional teams through new product development, launch, and post launch optimization Analyze product performance, customer feedback, and market data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement. Serve as a subject matter expert and product evangelist both internally and externally Develop business cases and ROI analyses to support investment decisions Partner with internal stakeholders to develop go-to-market strategies Monitor key performance indicators and ensure alignment with business objectives Manage product lifecycle from ideation through end-of-life, including versioning and sunset planning Lead and mentor team members Adhere to regulatory requirements for medical devices (FDA, HQAA), HIPAA, and other regulations Architect product risk management programs All other duties as assigned by manager.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Speech-language Pathology; MBA preferred
- 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing and/or product line management
- Background in speech-language pathology or healthcare preferred
