Position Summary
Responsible for the management of administrative operations of the Patient Information Office and for daily supervision of all administrative staff in the Patient Information Office. Responsibilities include management of patient enrollment and scheduling, support to MMI Clinical Directors, patient check-in, management of claims processing, insurance contract management, and provider enrollment services.

Awareness of applicable federal, and state laws, rules and regulations related to clinical operation and professional fee billing.
Knowledge of information systems, business processes and computer hardware/software, especially related to billing/collections for professional fees.
Working knowledge of related technological resources/software to include all enterprise systems.
Ability to identify and correct administrative problems involved in the operation of clinic services.
Ability to assess risk and problem solve by critically evaluating alternative courses of action and arriving at solutions that are best for the Institute.
Demonstrated ability to develop and negotiate basic contracts.
