Job Description:

We are currently hiring for our Inpatient Rehab team at Essentia Health - Duluth!

- You will be responsible for organizing and providing nursing care to patients through the process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.

- You will delegate aspects of care to other nursing personnel based upon their licensure, preparation and job descriptions.

- You will contribute to the meeting of the mission and goals of the facility and Essentia, and meets the requirements of the Joint Commission if applicable and/or other federal, state, and local regulatory or accrediting agencies.

Certification/Licensure Requirements:

  • BSN or ADN degree from an accredited school or college of nursing
  • Current nursing licensure in Minnesota
  • Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within one month


Experience: 1 year Acute RN experience preferred

*External candidate RNs are eligible for a recruitment bonus of $10,000 for ADNs and $15,000 for BSNs*
