Location: Hillsborough, New Jersey
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 per year + benefits

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour
Job Duties:
- Evaluate and diagnose orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and other interventions
- Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and wellness strategies
- Accurately document patient care in our EMR system
- Collaborate with referring providers and other clinicians for coordinated care
Requirements
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's in Physical Therapy (MPT)
- Valid NJ Physical Therapist License (or eligibility to obtain)
- CPR/BLS certification
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong interest in orthopedic and sports rehabilitation
- Passion for helping others achieve their highest functional potential
- Prior experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports therapy
- Interest in professional development, mentorship, or leadership roles
