We are an established and growing construction company focused on underground utility projects throughout the DC area involving gas, electrical, and water. We are looking for a Project Manager with similar experience.
Position Overview:The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and execution. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of construction processes to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to completion.
- Oversee project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and materials.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Review and interpret project plans, contracts, and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Resolve issues and conflicts that arise during construction.
- Conduct project closeouts and post-construction evaluations.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager
- Experience with underground utility projects
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects successfully.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $95,000 - $125,000 (DOE)
