Compensation:

$90,000-$97,000 Depending on experience and bonus structure.

$3,000-$5,000 Spring Sign-On Bonus for all BCBAs!

BCBA Role at Discovery:

We are seeking passionate BCBAs to join our rapidly growing Utah team and make a difference! Your responsibilities will include:
  • Conducting thorough functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing individualized treatment plans
  • Providing direct ABA therapy to clients in home and community-based settings
  • Training and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/ Applied Behavior Analysis Technician (ABAT)/ BCAT/ Behavior Technicians to ensure implementation of treatment plans
  • Collaborating with families, schools, and other professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care
  • Maintaining accurate data collection and analysis to track client progress and inform treatment decisions
  • Participating in team meetings and ongoing professional development opportunities

Qualifications:
  • Board Certified Behavior Technician (BCBA) certification required
  • Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
  • LBA licensure is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
