Job Summary
Responsible for managing residential development professional team's efforts to maximize sales revenue and meet corporate objectives. Assists with the execution of strategies to increase and retain residential new build and developments. Manages the team's activities to ensure company services (residential and business) are available prior to first occupancy in residential and mixed-use developments. Works across units to deliver quality customer service to all accounts. Oversees outreach activities. May manage a team including exempt and non-exempt employees. Provides subject matter guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description
Core Responsibilities
- Leads the execution of strategies and tactics to improve and secure residential customer growth in new build privately owned multi-dwelling properties/communities, single family and mixed use developments.
- Builds and maintains a targeted market development plan by conducting in-depth research and analysis of territories. Partners to identify and market to property managers, developers, consultants and other key stakeholders to drive awareness, product literacy and product advocacy for company services.
- Ensures the team is coordinating the installation of courtesy service and common area accounts.
- Facilitates the team's efforts to work with the various sales teams to develop and maintain relationships with developers and builders in order to secure right of entry and easement agreements.
- Lead the partnership with sales engineers to ensure the right products and services are being presented, offered and installed for the customer. Work with the sales engineer to establish and attend regular training sessions on new products and existing services.
- Works with the community account representative leadership and direct sales leadership to ensure seamless handoff and ownership of multifamily or single family developments respectively to drive sales and penetration of company products and services.
- Manages the team's efforts to implement company products and services in new developments 30 days prior to first occupancy.
- Manages the team's efforts to ensure the implementation of right of access agreements and bulk service agreements as applicable.
- Establishes partnerships and coordinates efforts with other internal organizations to ensure maximum effectiveness of the sales organization.
- Manages outreach initiatives including presentations, meetings and social activities with builders, developers and the general community and other key stakeholders or influences.
- Develops, plans, residential development professionals to ensure product fluency and effectiveness, market development and project management success.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
