Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world. The mission of Project Kuiper's Government Solutions (KGS) is to provide high speed, low latency, and secure broadband access for United States and global government customers using Kuiper's satellite network.
We have an immediate opening for an International Customer Support role to support the KGS team focusing on government customers around the world, including defense and national security customers.

Key job responsibilities
In this role, you will:
-Design and execute international campaign plans
-Support regional contract close and revenue review
-Support demonstrations of Kuiper Government systems and solutions internationally
-Support the coordination and preparation of meetings globally with senior international government leaders
-Prepare, in consultation with Kuiper teams and Kuiper support, the development of policy and briefing books
-Collaborate with stakeholders across Kuiper engineering, product, sales and legal teams
-Input sales and pipeline data in the KGS CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and other business systems.
Export Control - This position requires that the candidate selected be a U.S. Citizen in order to comply with U.S. government-imposed requirements related to the nature of the work and/or where it will be performed.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 3+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
- At least 3 years experience with CRM systems (i.e., Salesforce).
- Experience inputting sales and pipeline data and managing customer tracking at a detailed level.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- At least 3 years' experience with commercial satellite system businesses.
- Experience with international business and government business development
