THE IMPACT YOU CAN HAVE:

As Senior Manager of Integrated Media Strategy, you will serve as a critical senior leader on a growing internal media team focused on developing holistic full-funnel media strategy, planning, and activation. In partnership with our media agencies and senior leadership, you will be responsible for applying overarching business and brand needs into media opportunities online and offline, ensuring that the total ecosystem of media messages surfaced across the various marketing arms of the business are connected in guiding our total consumer journey.

This role is equal parts advisor and doer - responsible for leading and developing the strategy, execution and measurement of holistic media campaigns. You will partner with several strategy and execution-oriented marketing and media teams, including Brand Marketing, Social Media, Performance Marketing, and Customer Relationship Marketing.

You will support the organization's on-going transition from a channel-first to audience-first approach and help translate audiences identified through data and research into media targets. The ideal candidate must have experience in connecting the expertise of separate, but cross-functional and interdependent teams, and knowing how to apply that expertise to achieve common goals successfully.

YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH THESE GOALS BY:

STRATEGY & PLANNING
  • Lead data-driven media strategies from planning to execution with a holistic media perspective to achieve business goals. Includes establishing KPIs and ensuring optimal media investment, audience strategy, customer journeys, channel mix, flighting
  • Build plans with an audience-first mentality to develop segmentation strategies and multi-channel customer journeys
  • Manage partnerships with agencies and vendors to build comprehensive plans and provide best-in-class media solutions and innovation opportunities; may include Grand Openings
  • Manage the day-to-day with agencies to deliver on time and on budget
  • Accurately forecast annual, quarterly, monthly and weekly spend and revenue streams
  • Define and manage media budgets across numerous campaigns, finding efficiencies and improving organization and prioritization of campaigns in flight
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated plans across paid, owned, earned
PERFORMANCE MARKETING
  • Lead data-driven performance media strategies from planning to execution across various platforms to drive
  • personalization at scale and achieve measurable business results such as conversion rates, acquisition, and ROI.
  • Key focus areas include driving digital and social strategies, leading audience and data strategy cross-functional partnerships, and championing best practices.
MEASUREMENT & LEARNING
  • Partner closely with Analytics team to determine how to best measure, track, and report total media performance, including contribution to Marketing Mix Analysis (MMA)
  • Uphold a learning culture by developing learning agendas, test & learns with key hypotheses, measurement plans, reporting, optimizations, and actionable learning
LEADERSHIP
  • Be a catalyst for change, setting a clear and comprehensive strategy and held accountable for high caliber strategic output, thought leadership and operational excellence
  • Inspire, mentor and grow a team of individual contributors, model a growth mindset, and contribute as a senior leader within the company
  • Foster a diverse and trusting culture amongst your direct team and across the organization
  • Assess the capabilities and needs of the team to inform strategic hiring decisions
  • Educate team and key stakeholders in media and marketing best practices
  • Define and optimize internal and external processes, ways of working, and roles & responsibilities to ensure clarity, nurture collaboration, and grow team capabilities

THE ESSENTIALS FOR SUCCESS:
  • 7+ years of experience developing integrated media strategies across traditional and digital channels - with a current emphasis on social and digital channels
  • 3+ years of experience leading strategy and execution of performance marketing and media
  • 3+ years of management experience
  • Deep understanding of the media landscape, media consumption, and how to connect strategic thought leadership with activation across digital and traditional channels
  • Naturally curious and a student of culture - you like to understand and study consumer behavior to better understand how to craft media strategies
  • Able to manage multiple priorities from different parts of the business and influence resource allocation based on business impact
  • Experience motivating and inspiring partner teams towards shared goals, translating channel needs and results for the context in which they are delivered
  • Strong critical thinking and communication skills (written and verbal) - comfortable leading, presenting and contributing at all levels
  • A dual-brained thinker - strong analytics approach to data and measurement, and ability to extract relevant and actionable insights that drive business results
  • Must have experience working in matrixed organization settings, collaborating with cross-functional teams and business units, and managing/influencing external agency partners

The pay range for this position is $119,300.00 - $203,200.00 / Year with the opportunity for eligible associates to earn additional compensation pursuant to the Company's bonus plan. Exact pay will be based on factors including, but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, level, shift, geographic location, and business and organizational needs. Full-time positions are eligible for paid time off, health, dental, vision, life and disability benefits. Part-time positions are eligible for dental, vision, life, and disability benefits.
