Position Overview
The Commercial Superintendent will oversee and manage all aspects of commercial construction projects from inception to completion. This role involves ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications while maintaining high-quality standards and safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage commercial construction projects, including ground-up developments and tenant improvements.
• Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare and manage project schedules and budgets, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise on the job site promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the plans and specifications.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, means, and methods.
• Experience with ground-up construction and tenant improvement projects.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
