The Recreation Facility Director is a leadership and managerial position which involves understanding, organizing and
believing in the Litchfield Area Recreation Center (LARC). The director will be responsible for developing all policies
and procedures for the LARC's business, overseeing all membership revenue and renewal process, staff, staff
meetings, responding to requests from members and LARC staff in general. The directors focus will be retention of
members and promotion of the LARC usage and participation across the greater Litchfield community.
