Amazon Fashion and Fitness is looking for a driven and innovative Site Marketing Manager to build high-impact onsite campaigns that help customers discover their next favorite finds across Fashion and Fitness selection.
In this role, you'll own the strategy, execution, and optimization of site merchandising across Amazon.com-translating data into action and ideas into captivating campaigns. You'll be at the forefront of how we connect with customers, blending storytelling and insights to boost engagement, sales, and long-term loyalty.

Key job responsibilities
- Own campaigns from end-to-end: managing creative processes, targeting and segmentation, planning, execution, reporting, and optimization.
- Coordinate with multiple teams to provide thorough and authoritative category creative content
- Strong bias for action and ability to prioritize
- Own weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on the state of initiatives
- Manage and report out on projects, status, and work with teams to remove any project blockers.
- Aptitude for organization, flexibility, and producing results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to leverage data to drive decision making
- Familiarity and comfort with GenAI applications for content and copy
- Refined eye for trend in Fashion and/or Fitness industries.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using data and metrics to measure impact and determine improvements
- Experience with onsite marketing, lifecycle marketing and digital advertising
- Bachelor's degree
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Knowledge of HTML, XML, and Excel
- Experience leading cross-functional teams to establish strong partnerships with demonstrable results

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $58,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $125,100/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
