Responsibilities
The Director, HR Operations Partner provides direct guidance to nursing center teams with an emphasis on employee retention, and a dynamic patient-focused, service-oriented culture.
*Partners with nursing center leaders on all HR business functions, providing a consultative approach, proactively identifying, and partnering with leaders in addressing issues and concerns.
*Works closely with nursing centers to define and assist in achieving goals and performed objectives.
*Monitor human resource indicators to identify problem areas and make recommendations that will support nursing center goals.
*Assist nursing centers to resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations.
*Develop strategies for improving the workplace through retention and engagement programs.
Qualifications
*Bachelor's degree is required. A master's degree and/or PHR certificate preferred.
*At least four years of human resources experience required.
*Must possess a working knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines including compensation practices, employee relations, diversity, performance management, federal and state respective employment laws.
