As a Senior Sales Support Specialist, you will work as part of the pre-sale solutions team. You will leverage your expertise in Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) solutions to help organizations achieve their sustainability and compliance objectives using the Enablon software platform. You will collaborate with sales teams to craft and present impactful solutions, demonstrate product value to potential and existing clients, and address functional and technical requirements. Additionally, you will gather market feedback to inform and influence product development and innovation.

In this role you will report to the Manager, Sales Support and work a hybrid schedule (two days in office, three days from home).

Responsibilities include:

  • Client Consultation and Discovery: Engage with existing and potential clients to understand their ESG and sustainability challenges, operational requirements, and compliance objectives. Provide tailored solutions using the Enablon platform.


  • Solution-Oriented Presentations: Build and deliver solution-driven presentations based on your ESG expertise and a deep understanding of customer challenges Tailor rechnical solutions from the company's product portfolio to address client needs.


  • Product Demonstrations: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare customized presentation decks and conduct demonstrations (both on-site and remote) to large client audiences, focusing on key areas of interest and solutions identified during discovery sessions.


  • Proof of Concept (PoC) Delivery: Design and execute PoC's by applying Enablon's solution functionalities with sample or real client data to demonstrate solution effectiveness.


  • Proposal Development: Draft and customize proposals and respond to Requests for Information/Proposals (RFI/RFP) by aligning solutions with client specific needs uncovered during discovery sessions.


  • Scoping & Requirement Mapping: Prepare individualized scoping documents that map customer requirements to Enablon product capabilities.


  • Domain and Enablon Solution Subject Matter Expertise (SME): Serve as the technical and functional expert for ESG and EHS solutions, bridging the gap between Enablon's offerings and customer requirements.


  • Customer Feedback & Product Innovation: Gather, document, and communicate customer needs and gaps to drive product enhancements and roadmap development.


  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the professional services team to analyze requirements and define product implementation strategies.


  • Industry Representation: Attend and represent Enablon at various industry events, conferences, and networking forums.


  • Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with new product features, industry trends, and ESG best practices as the platform evolves.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental and Sustainability Management or a related field.


Experience:

  • Must have expertise in working with companies to develop ESG strategies and solving ESG challenges.
  • Minimum of three years as a Pre-Sales Consultant in a Software/SaaS firm.


  • Previous experience in a pre-sales role within a software/SaaS environment delivering demonstrations, PoC's and participating in the sales cycle is a plus.


  • Strong preference for candidates with client-facing professional services experience or ESG/EHS software experience.


Language:

  • Written and spoken business English is a must. Additional languages are a nice to have.

Compensation:
Target salary range CA, CT, CO, DC, HI, IL, MD, MN, NY, RI, WA: $95,560 - $133,750
