About the Position

As the HR Manager, you will be a strategic partner to leadership and a key driver of talent strategy across the company. This role will lead all aspects of human resources, with a strong focus on recruiting, hiring, performance management, and employee training. The ideal candidate is an experienced HR professional with a background in the construction or trades industry who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top construction talent
  • Oversee onboarding, orientation, and workforce integration for new hires
  • Implement and maintain performance management systems
  • Design and deliver employee development and training programs
  • Advise leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and compliance
  • Promote a positive workplace culture aligned with company values and safety standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (HR certification preferred)
  • Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in the construction or related industry
  • Proven success in recruiting skilled trades and field staff
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, compliance, and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work onsite and travel to job sites as needed
