Special education Teacher

We have multiple openings for Education Specialists credentialed to instruct students with mild/mod and/or mod/severe challenges . We have openings at both AACA campuses; which are located in Chatsworth, CA and Lancaster, CA. We are seeking teachers with experience working with students k-12 who are challenged with a wide variety of developmental issues. These positions are for full time employment (213 work days), Monday through Friday 8:30am -3:30 pm. It is preferred that all candidates have experience working with a developmentally challenged population and at least a broad understanding of the basic principles of applied behavior analysis. Must be reliable, organized, able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and computer literate. The most important quality that a potential teaching candidate could possess is a heart for working with this population.
