Desired Characteristics
For U.S. based candidates only, for purposes of complying with U.S. pay transparency requirements, the base pay range for this position is $128,400.00 - $171,100.00 per year. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, geographic location, and skill set.
This position is also eligible for a 15% annual performance bonus. This position will stay open on the career website until at least 4/22/2025.
*The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%,120% or 130% of salary in certain areas.

Job Description
As the Global Aero data centers and hydrogen commercialization manager, you will:
- Lead the development of new opportunities in conjunction with regional sales and the sales swat teams for Aeroderivatives in the data centers and hydrogen segments.
- Be open to learn and adapt to use new tools to model techno-economic studies for the Aero products to position them versus competition in the said segments.
- Engage with GE Vernova various teams on potential partnerships serving the Aero business in the said segments.
- Lead the monitoring and reporting of the regulatory platforms for H2 and carbon markets globally in conjunction with other teams in Gas Power.
- Lead the regular reporting on the data centers markets updates as well as relevant codes and standards.
- Engage with the Product and Engineering teams to support the configuration of an Aero Package for data centers.
- Represent the Aero business in forums and seminars in the said segments.
- Engage with the regions on major RFPs and accounts in the said segments.
- Work with product champions and commercial operations to implement budgetary proposals to customers.
- Work with customers to develop the deals / projects and work with regional commercial teams to convert these budgetary proposals into firm proposals and won opportunities.
- Support regional commercial teams in technical evaluations of different deals and commercial closure for orders.
- Support the pipeline reporting and dashboard for data centers.
- Work on global partnership landscape and structure special transactions as needed.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's (or Masters) Degree from an accredited university or college.
- 6+ years of experience in power generation/gas turbines within Engineering, Commercial or Sales management, and/or a minimum of 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to travel ~25-30%

- Effective internal and external communications skills.
- Aeroderivative gas turbines experience
- Data Centers knowledge
- Hydrogen related projects experience
- Strong project management skills with ability to drive closure and deliver results for the business.
- Prior experience in Renewables, BESS and Hybrids.
- Techno economic modeling experience
- Ability to work through matrix organization
- Other languages than English
