Multi Family Superintendent

We're looking for an experienced Superintendent to take ownership of the field operations on commercial and/ or multifamily construction projects. This role is critical in ensuring that job sites run smoothly, safely, and efficiently-while delivering top-quality builds on time and within budget. You'll lead trade partners on-site, coordinate closely with the project team, and be a key point of contact for field execution.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of on-site project execution for commercial and multifamily construction, including safety, quality control, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners to ensure clear communication and successful outcomes
• Implement and manage the project schedule and adjust field strategies as needed to maintain timelines
• Ensure compliance with jobsite safety programs and OSHA standards
• Lead weekly subcontractor and coordination meetings to ensure alignment and progress
• Monitor quality assurance and control measures, ensuring all work meets company and client standards
• Mentor and support field staff, promoting skill development and team growth
• Communicate effectively with the Project Manager regarding field updates, potential risks, and resource needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in commercial and/or multifamily construction field operations
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling tools, and field coordination best practices
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale vertical construction projects
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
• Proficiency with construction software (Procore, MS Project, Bluebeam, etc.)
