Account Executive - Off-Price Wholesale
Location: New York, NY | Full-Time | On-Site

Dana-co, a leading luxury lingerie design company behind Natori, Skarlett Blue, and Oh L L Chri, is seeking a results-driven Account Executive to grow our Off-Price Wholesale business. This role is ideal for a sharp, strategic sales professional who thrives in fast-paced negotiations and knows how to protect brand value while maximizing revenue.

What You'll Do
  • Own and develop strategic relationships with national and regional off-price retail buyers
  • Negotiate high-volume, margin-conscious deals while maintaining brand image and sell-through integrity
  • Deliver data-driven pitches based on sell-through, margin potential, and market demand
  • Provide SKU-level recommendations to ensure optimal product assortments align with both retailer and company objectives
  • Collaborate with Customer Service on order entry, EDI processing, and shipping requirements.
  • Oversee seasonal order adjustments to maintain order accuracy and optimize shipment efficiency.

What You Bring
  • 6+ years in wholesale sales (lingerie, fashion, or off-price experience a strong plus)
  • Experience managing department store or off-price accounts
  • Retail math & Open-to-Buy (OTB) fluency; confident in margin analysis and forecasting
  • Strong negotiation skills with a keen sense of brand positioning
  • EDI proficiency and trend analysis (TY/LY, weeks of supply, etc.)
  • Excellent communication across internal teams and external partners
