As a Director of Marketing, you'll lead our next phase of evolution: shifting the spotlight from new logo acquisition to deepening client relationships, reinforcing trust, and driving platform adoption during a pivotal technology transition. This isn't about flashy brand campaigns or lead gen - it's about meaningful, consistent communication that helps our clients succeed.

How You'll Make an Impact
  • Lead Client Communication & Engagement
    Craft clear, empathetic campaigns that guide clients through our migration to cloud-native solutions and support adoption across evolving product lines.
  • Own Retention & Lifecycle Marketing
    Build and execute thoughtful, multi-touch programs that support usage, satisfaction, and long-term client value.
  • Reinforce Brand Positioning & Credibility
    Drive messaging consistency and industry visibility through events, product marketing, and educational content that reflects our values and voice.
  • Empower a High-Performing Team
    Lead and coach a talented group of marketers, writers, and event professionals - helping them focus on what matters and execute with clarity.
  • Partner Cross-Functionally to Align Messaging with Outcomes
    Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Client Success to ensure our messaging reflects real client needs and product capabilities.

What You'll Bring
  • 8+ years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in SaaS, GovTech, or technology services
  • A proven track record in retention, client communications, and product adoption marketing
  • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills - you can translate complexity into clarity, especially for change management and client education
  • A history of cross-functional partnership and strategic alignment with field teams
  • Experience managing high-impact teams across content, events, and campaigns
  • A thoughtful, outcome-driven mindset and a high sense of ownership
  • Bonus: Experience in regulated or compliance-heavy industries, or public-sector software

Where You'll Work

We support great work - from wherever you work best - but for this role, location matters.

This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional leadership role, and we're prioritizing candidates who are based in Omaha or the surrounding area, or those open to relocating.
  • Local to Omaha? You'll follow our hybrid model, working remotely with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
  • Relocating? We'll support a thoughtful transition and ensure you're set up for success in your first 30-60 days of onsite onboarding.
  • Currently remote? This role is not fully remote. Candidates must be able to work from our Omaha office as part of a consistent hybrid schedule.

Compensation & Benefits

We offer a total rewards package designed to attract people who want to build something meaningful - and reward them when they do.
  • Base Salary: $110,000 - $135,000
  • Performance Bonus: 10%
