What You'll Do

The Client Relationship Manager Team Leader is responsible for developing and supporting the team of Client Relationship Managers, Community Relations Officers and Community Relations Advisors. This role will focus on ensuring the CRMs are focused on understanding client needs and developing strategic and innovative ways to meet them.

Responsibilities Include
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives and challenges; recommend appropriate financial solutions to meet their needs; build positive, long-term relationships
  • Directly supervise the Client Relationship Managers and Deposit & Treasury Manager; partner with and guide Community Relations Officers, and Community Relations Advisors
  • Ensure CRMs are producing at or above expectations; be a resource for business planning, drive accountability for results
  • Identify potential clients, partners and new target markets through various channels, including networking, referrals, and research; use this info to take action to gain new clients
  • Ensure branches and loan teams are meeting sales goals via supervision of the Deposit Treasury Manager; work with branch leadership to support the roll-out of new products and services
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients as it relates to providing updates, gathering feedback and ensuring they're deriving value from our offerings, all in a timely and professional manner
  • Represent the Bank in a professional manner at various functions or meetings to increase the visibility of the Bank and to develop leads and solicit prospective clients
  • Work to ensure the businesses clients within assigned market area are profitable to the Bank
  • Collaborate with internal partners as needed to gain insights and information for proposal development
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to track success and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to offer valuable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Comply with all applicable Banking compliance rules and regulations established by both internal departments and external agencies

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field
  • 10 years' banking experience required, to include 7 years' management and/or experience in commercial lending or business development
  • A basic understanding of commercial lending products and underwriting is needed as well as a functional knowledge of all deposit products and fee services is needed
  • Proficiency using Profit Intel or similar CRM system preferred

Pay Range (Salary ): $175,000 - $185,000/year
