Key job responsibilities
We're looking for a Senior Manager of Product Management to not only shape the vision and roadmap for Clarity and our Gen AI capabilities, but also to lead and mentor a dynamic group of Product Managers. In this people leadership role, you will cultivate a high-performing, customer-obsessed team, working cross-functionally to deliver products that impact Amazon's global talent strategy. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 7+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, data-driven products in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- 3+ years of people leadership experience, successfully managing and mentoring teams of Product Managers to drive impactful outcomes.
- Deep understanding of product lifecycle management, from ideation to execution and iteration, with a focus on customer-centric design.
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, data science, and UX teams.
- Experience working with large-scale data platforms, analytics, and AI-powered products, with a focus on delivering actionable insights.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience building and scaling Gen AI products, especially leveraging AWS technologies such as Bedrock, SageMaker, or OpenSearch.
- Experience in the people analytics, HR tech, or workforce management space, with an understanding of how data and insights drive HR and business decision-making.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
- Experience with agile product development methodologies, including working closely with cross-functional teams in an iterative, fast-paced delivery environment.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate complex data and insights into clear product strategies and roadmaps that drive business impact.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Computer Science, or a related field.
- Passion for building products that have a tangible, positive impact on global teams and individuals within a large, diverse organization.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $178,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $307,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
