About the Role:
As a CBRE Travel Program Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of Travel Experience programs.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.

CBRE carefully considers multiple factors to determine compensation, including a candidate's education, training, and experience. The minimum salary for the Experience Program Consultant position is $95,000 annually and the maximum salary for the position is $105,000 annually. The compensation offered to a successful candidate will depend on their skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on CBRE's applicable benefit program. This role will provide the following benefits: 401(K), Dental insurance, Health insurance, Life insurance, and Vision insurance.

As a CBRE Travel Program Consultant, you will be responsible for the creation and implementation of Travel Experience programs.
This job is part of the Workplace Experience function. They are responsible for providing world-class customer service to the clients and visitors of a designated building.
What You'll Do:
- Develop performance indicators based on client need. Track performance management and continuous improvement efforts.
- Partner with IT on the development and customization of resources. Maintain accuracy and relevance of resources over time to achieve client goals.
- Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innovative solutions.
- Develop recommendations for and implement company travel policies, ensuring employees follow them, and making sure they are compliant with relevant regulations.
- Partner with client to negotiate rates with travel vendors to secure the best deals. Manage vendor contracts, contract negotiations and relationships, identify any challenges and manage escalations.
- Analyze travel data to identify trends, optimize travel policies, and make informed decisions. Establish and deliver regular reporting and assist with adhoc reporting needs.
- Oversee existing vendor technology and the roll out of new vendor technology; coordinate information that is required by the technology. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach an agreement.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, travel regulations, and safety standards.

What You'll Need:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
- Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information.
- Willingness to take a new perspective on existing solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
- Sophisticated math skills. Ability to calculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations.
