Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Technology Architect with 10 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Pega Platform Pega Integration Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning Pega Monitoring & Control Pega Release Management PEGA Performance Tuning and Pega Installation. Additionally domain expertise in Cards & Payments is required. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel requirements.
Location - Phoenix, AZ
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $100,000 and $140,000 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.

Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of Pega solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of Pega applications with other systems and platforms.
- Provide expertise in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor and control Pega applications to maintain system stability and performance.
- Manage Pega Release Management processes to ensure smooth deployment of updates.
- Perform PEGA Performance Tuning to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Conduct Pega Installation and configuration to set up new environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of Pega solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for Pega architecture and processes.
- Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working on Pega projects.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in Pega implementation.
- Analyze and resolve technical issues related to Pega applications.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Pega practices and methodologies.
Qualifications
- Possess a strong background in Pega Platform with hands-on experience in Pega Integration.
- Demonstrate expertise in Pega Sizing & Capacity Planning to optimize system performance.
- Have experience in Pega Monitoring & Control to ensure application stability.
- Show proficiency in Pega Release Management for efficient deployment processes.
- Be skilled in PEGA Performance Tuning to enhance application performance.
- Have experience in Pega Installation and configuration.
- Possess domain expertise in Cards & Payments.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Show a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a strong understanding of industry standards and best practices in Pega implementation.
