Job Description
This position will be a member of the Operations and Support Development team supporting Supply Chain Management functions. The selected candidate will join an Agile software team responsible for the development and deployment of applications and tools.
The selected individual will be responsible for development of IT solutions for the Aeronautics Enterprise Operations organization, and will work in a fast-paced virtual agile development environment and manage priorities and requirements for the Supply Chain customer.
They must be able to work in a highly integrated team environment and be willing to learn new skills and technology to meet the changing customer needs. A strong ability to effectively communicate with the customer and leadership and development documentation is required.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience / education / certifications)
Proven history supporting critical applications with high availability systems
Modern application support skills including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of IT software components, incorporating DevOps methodologies and concepts.
Ability to install, configure, monitor, manage and maintain web and COTS applications
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno/Functional skills
Experience with transportation management systems and solutions
Understand application infrastructure and system interface
Desired skills
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related STEM field (or equivalent experience / education / certifications)
Proven history supporting critical applications with high availability systems
Modern application support skills including development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of IT software components, incorporating DevOps methodologies and concepts.
Ability to install, configure, monitor, manage and maintain web and COTS applications
Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) Techno/Functional skills
Experience with transportation management systems and solutions
Understand application infrastructure and system interface
Experience with Web Hosting Software, ie. WebLogic, Tomcat, OHS, etc
Knowledge and support of JusTransform
Experience with DataPower, F5 (Load balancers), firewalls, credential, and certificate management tools
Experience with the lifecycle and delivery using Agile principles and practices (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
Knowledge of REST/SOAP web services
Experience with two or more of the following (Java, JavaScript, PhP, SQL, automation tools Batch or PowerShell scripting, - grep/sed/awk)
Experience with Git/GitLab or other software versioning tools
Advanced experience developing, testing, deploying, and sustaining APIs, web, and console applications
Experience with SSO, SAML, Shibboleth and Active Directory
Strong attention to detail, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills
Familiar with migration to SaaS solutions

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $128,400 - $226,435. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
