SALARY RANGE: 82,950.40 - 128,564.80YEARLY

General Summary:

The Talent Operations and Onboarding Supervisor will develop processes and procedures to drive overall efficiency in the hiring and onboarding process. They will supervise the Talent Acquisition Coordinators and serve as the subject matter expert for onboarding and assist in the development and meeting of our department budget.

Responsibilities:

1. Supervises and leads the Talent Acquisition Coordinators.
2. Maintains a workload of open requisitions as assigned.
3. Oversee, leads and conducts regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws.
4. Oversees quality control efforts related to new hires and internal transfers, including occupational health clearances, background check reports, education verifications, license, certifications and other regulatory requirements.
5. Conduct audits and data quality checks to ensure compliance, accuracy, and integrity of HR data across multiple databases, maintaining these databases by streamlining processes and fostering innovation in data management practices.
6. Maintains constant open lines of communication with all new hires, hiring managers.
7. Works in conjunction with the Talent Acquisition Manager to develop and report milestones, metrics and scorecards.
8. Oversees relationship with third party vendors related to onboarding.
9. Serves as subject matter expert with the Talent space for Infor.
10. All other duties as assigned within the scope and range of responsibilities.

Required Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

  • Education: High School Diploma or GED
  • Credential(s): None Required
  • Experience: Required: 7 years' experience in recruiting or Talent with an emphasis on onboarding.

Preferred Education, Credential(s) and Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor Degree
  • Credential(s):
  • Experience: Preferred: Previous healthcare recruiting and onboarding experience
