Job Responsibilities:
  • Ensure successful project delivery by driving execution, communication, and change management across various initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams on defining roadmaps, aligning timelines, and overseeing resource allocation.
  • Work closely with Product Management, Development, Quality Assurance, and Customer Support to incorporate the right mix of features, improvements, and bug fixes into each sprint.
  • Communicate proactively on project status, schedules, dependencies, issues, and risks.
  • Use analytical methods to help determine target completion dates.
  • Ensure project documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
  • Serve as the scrum master/project manager for multiple squads/projects.
  • Facilitate Agile project management processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint demos.
  • Make recommendations and drive process improvement and adoption of best practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Implement metrics to measure and improve team performance.
  • Educate the development teams on Agile best practices.

Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science,
  • Engineering, or a related field 3+ years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in an Agile development environment with direct experience as a scrum master
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks and issues.
  • Proven ability to define, implement and measure the effectiveness of process-related improvements.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools, including Scrum, Kanban, and Jira. You should be able to adapt agile methodologies to fit the needs of the organization.
  • Meticulous attention to detail
