As a Salesforce B2B Commerce Technical Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end solutions for B2B Commerce engagements leveraging the Commerce platform and extended ecosystem. Your expertise in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud, combined with your strong technical acumen, will be instrumental in delivering scalable and efficient solutions to meet our clients' business needs. Need to have exclusive experience on front-end and back-end development with respect to Commerce Cloud skills

Key Responsibilities:
The candidate will be part of the project team and will be responsible for/attending
Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand and analyze business processes, design comprehensive solutions using Salesforce B2C Commerce Cloud, while ensuring scalability, security, and simplicity. Develop and present technical architecture documents and solution proposals.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the project lifecycle. Review and assess low level design, configuration, security, code quality, ensuring best practices and industry standards are followed.
Design and implement integrations between Salesforce Commerce Cloud and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, PIM, Payment) to facilitate seamless data flow and process automation.
Customize and extend the functionality of Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Identify and address performance bottlenecks, optimize page load times, and improve overall system efficiency.
Ensure the security and compliance of the Commerce implementation by implementing proper data access controls, encryption, and adhering to industry best practices.
Stay up-to-date with the latest B2B Commerce features, releases, and industry trends. Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance overall project delivery and client satisfaction.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data models, integration specifications, and deployment plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business Analysts, Developers, Quality Assurance, and Project Managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
Work with client to translate business request to technical plan.
Work closely with Commerce COE to assist on new initiatives and RFPs
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience as a Technical Architect in Salesforce B2B Commerce Cloud projects, with a deep understanding of commerce platform concepts, capabilities, best practices, and limitations
Hands on development experience in Salesforce Commerce Cloud implementations
Good knowledge of the architecture of Salesforce Commerce Cloud applications
Experience in working with SFRA, platform specific API's: Salesforce Commerce Cloud Script API and Salesforce Commerce Cloud OCAPI
Experiening enabling Einstein and knowledge of current Commerce predictive and generative AI features, trends and enablement

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 5/15/2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $100,000- 160,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
