Summary

The National General Affairs Supervisor position will be mainly responsible for managing PA General Affairs personnel and assisting with the administration of safety, security, purchasing, and facility programs.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee purchasing related procedure and policies
    • Assist with managing projects (Both NGA team and HSE team)
      • Maintain project lists
      • Communicate with off-site locations regarding projects
      • Provide weekly status updates
    • Oversee PR/TR system improvement (purchasing function of the system)
    • Oversee strategic procurement across multiple budget categories
    • Budget management - forecasting, submitting, and supervising usage
  • Oversee sourcing and purchasing of equipment, goods, and services including capital investment
    • Oversee asset management - recording, reconciling, disposing, and documenting
    • Assist with Vendor Managements
      • Maintain the current vendor list
      • Conduct vendor reviews
  • Assist with physical and administrative security systems
    • Assist with safety & security training

Compensation Range

$83,000-$94,000 per year (Subject to Compensation Study Upon Candidate Selection)

Education & Experience
  • HS Diploma/GED Required
  • 5 Years Direct Experience Required
