Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Vice President (RVP) of Sales to lead and scale our sales operations within the East region. The RVP of Sales will be responsible for developing strategic plans, driving revenue growth, managing a high-performing sales team, and expanding our customer base. This is a key leadership role that demands a strong track record in sales management, market strategy, and team development.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership & Strategy
    • Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with overall company objectives.
    • Provide inspirational leadership to Regional Sales Managers and Sales Representatives.
    • Set clear goals, KPIs, and performance expectations for the sales team.
  • Revenue & Growth
    • Drive revenue and gross profit growth through new business development and expansion of existing accounts.
    • Monitor and report on regional sales performance, forecasting, and budgeting.
    • Identify new market opportunities and competitive threats in the region.
  • Team Development
    • Hire, train, mentor, and retain top-tier sales talent.
    • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching for professional growth.
    • Foster a high-performance sales culture built on collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
  • Customer & Market Focus
    • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders.
    • Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies as needed.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.


Qualifications/ Skills

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong knowledge of sales analytics, and pipeline management.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 50% within the region as required.
