THE ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML Architect to design and implement solutions that leverage artificial intelligence and machine learning to solve complex business challenges.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategy & Planning
- Develop AI/ML strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals
- Evaluate and select appropriate AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms
- Design scalable AI architecture solutions
- Create technical specifications and implementation plans
- Assess feasibility of AI projects and provide recommendations
Technical Leadership
- Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions
- Establish best practices for AI development and deployment
- Provide technical guidance to data scientists and engineers
- Ensure solutions meet performance, scalability, and security requirements
- Oversee integration of AI systems with existing infrastructure (cloud, on-premise, or hybrid) for efficient AI/ML deployments
- Optimize solutions for total cost of ownership (TCO) by balancing performance, scalability, and cost
Project Management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
- Manage AI project lifecycle from conception to deployment
- Identify and mitigate technical risks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent work experience.
- Additional certifications in AI/ML technologies are preferred
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in software development
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML implementation
- Proven track record of successful AI solution delivery
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
Technical Skills
- Strong programming skills (Python, R, Java)
- Deep understanding of ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch)
- Knowledge of data structures and algorithms Experience with big data technologies
- Familiarity with DevOps and MLOps practices
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Project management capabilities
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Effectively delegates tasks and escalates to system owners when needed
Salary range:
