You will deliver end-to-end solutions, ensuring adherence to industry and agency-specific standards, verifying solution relevance to business needs, and collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams to drive success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance applications using Java, C++, NodeJS, and Spring Boot, focusing on microservices-based architectures.
- Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry standards, best practices, and agency-specific requirements, reviewing design decisions for relevance and regulatory adherence.
- Design, develop, and implement microservices-based solutions for flexibility, scalability, and maintenance, ensuring security and efficiency.
- Architect cloud-based solutions using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, ECS, EKS), prioritizing availability, security, and cost efficiency.
- Manage and automate infrastructure deployments using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation for scalable, secure cloud resource management.
- Leverage Salesforce and ServiceNow for seamless integration and automation of CRM and ITSM workflows.
- Design and implement monitoring solutions using Dynatrace and Splunk, ensuring integration with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and microservices.
- Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, and AWS CodePipeline, adhering to security and compliance standards.
- Utilize Docker for containerization and Kubernetes or AWS ECS/EKS for orchestration to enable scalable, portable applications.
- Design and manage relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB) databases, ensuring scalability, performance, and compliance with data governance.
- Collaborate with third-party vendors to integrate external solutions, evaluate products, and ensure delivery within scope, timeline, and quality standards.
- Work effectively with cross-functional teams (product management, development, operations, security) to align solutions with business objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing systems for scalability, security, and user experience adaptability.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to development teams, ensuring high-quality code and architectural best practices.
Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or similar role with hands-on design of complex systems.
- Proficiency in Java, C++, NodeJS, NestJS, Angular, and Spring Boot for application development.
- Strong experience integrating with Salesforce and ServiceNow platforms.
- Expertise in AWS cloud technologies (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, DynamoDB, ECS/EKS, etc.).
- In-depth knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (Jenkins, GitLab, GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline).
- Hands-on experience with Docker for containerization and Kubernetes, Amazon ECS, or EKS for orchestration.
- Strong understanding of relational (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB) database systems.
- Proficiency in Git for version control and collaborative development workflows.
- Experience in system design and architectural decision-making, focusing on high-availability, scalability, and performance.
- Ability to verify solution compliance with industry and organizational standards.
- Proven vendor management skills, including evaluating third-party solutions and maintaining productive relationships.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across departments and workstreams.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Preferred: Experience with Azure or Google Cloud, additional frameworks (Spring Cloud, Microservices, GraphQL), relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Salesforce Platform Developer), and knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA) or integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft/Boomi).
