Ibotta is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. As part of the Sales & Billing Operations team within the Engineering organization, you will help to customize and maintain the Ibotta Salesforce platform while collaborating with Engineers, Analysts, Product Managers, Architects, business stakeholders, and end users.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.

This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
- Work cross-functionally with technical and nontechnical partners to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions and well defined action items
- Inform leadership of gaps and opportunities, and recommend enhancements that improve business value and user experience for several groups of users
- Maintain, modify, and build custom flows, approval processes, custom settings, validation rules, page layouts, record types, dashboards, and reports (among other configuration methods) to build out and improve internal processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues affecting Ibotta's Salesforce users
- Manage users, roles, profiles, security, and data integrity
- Assist in the integration, testing, and administration of 3rd party applications such as RCA, RLM, CPQ, Conga, Highspot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Work with software engineering team for agile processes and estimations
- Participate in all aspects of the software development life cycle
- Create and maintain documentation for training and process mapping purposes
- Keep current with new Salesforce features and functionality
- Provide high quality, reliable, scalable solutions

What we are looking for:
- 2+ years of Salesforce Administrator experience within Salesforce Platform and Sales Cloud specifically
- Salesforce Administrator Certification required
- Solid understanding of overall Lightning framework and Salesforce data model
- Experience working with Agile, Kanban or Scrum
- Experience with VS Code, SFDX, Github or similar CI/CD tools
- Experience other software engineering environments or languages a plus

Additional Details:
- This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, bagel Thursdays, snacks and occasional meals.
- Base compensation range: $83,000-95,000. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience.
