Position Summary:

As a member of the Enterprise Solutions team, you will pay a critical role in contributing to the success of Capital Rx's customers leveraging Judi, our Enterprise Health Platform, to service their own pharmacy administrative needs. This customer facing role will be accountable for implementation and ongoing support for Software as a Service (SaaS) users of JUDI. This person will be expected maintain an in-depth understanding of the evolving capabilities of JUDI and contribute to development of SaaS customers migrations. Exceptional communication, service skills and attention to detail are critical for communicating with customers in a manner that facilitates their ability to successfully utilize JUDI for support of their own pharmacy administration operations.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for accurate and timely transition of SaaS customers unique program and products to JUDI (e.g., cost containment, alternative funding, savings opportunities, patient safety, personalized care, network channel strategies)
  • Effectively gather and understanding pharmacy benefit programs and product requirements in a manner that leverages existing capabilities within the JUDI platform to its fullest and maximizing use of current Capital Rx program offerings, where applicable.
  • Translate customer needs into product requirements and prioritize features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Develop clear product documentation, including acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
  • Communicate user requirements for new JUDI functionality to product managers on behalf of the SaaS customer, ensuring product features are technically feasible and meet the minimum marketable outcomes.
  • Lead communications throughout the program and product workstream implementation process, including, but not limited to, detailed and strategic guidance through efficient use of JUDI.
  • Understand and manage requests for new features in alignment with existing and planned system capabilities.
  • Build and maintain trusting relationships with SaaS customers through superior service.
  • Partner with internal teams, including cross-functional workstreams, to ensure the successful execution of the product and programs.
  • Ensure high-quality product delivery by defining testing protocols, ensuring features meet acceptance criteria, and working closely with functional teams to validate product releases.
  • Support testing for new JUDI functionality and regression testing to ensure new enhancements function as expected and accurately processing claims transactions, using JUDIs Testing Module where applicable.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch, gather user feedback, and iterate on features to improve customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
  • Provide ongoing customer support to troubleshooting inquiries within required turnaround times to meet service level guarantees.
  • Develop in-depth domain knowledge of all Capital Rx products and industry trends.
  • Proactively identify execution risks and mitigation strategies.
  • Provide virtual and in person product demonstrations, with the ability to sell product differentiators and resonate with current operational challenges.
  • Certain times of year may require meeting participation, travel, service support or other requirements outside of standard business hours, including weekends.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree, 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, ideally in a healthcare, technology, or software environment.
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end product development cycles and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience gathering and defining product requirements, writing user stories, and working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid understanding of product development processes and agile methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills with product managers and functional leads.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise requirements for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to inform decisions and optimize product features.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for understanding user needs and delivering high-quality products that solve real-world problems.


(Optional) Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the healthcare or PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) space.
  • Knowledge of relevant industry regulations (e.g., HIPAA, CMS) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with product management tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.
  • Experience in SQL, JSON, Python, Java, R, Excel, and other data visualization tools


Base Salary: $120,000-$130,000
