Your Opportunity
As a Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role within our Financial Services team, serving as a trusted partner to our North America Export operations and contributing to the success of both regional business centers and global branch offices. Your role will be integral in navigating a constantly evolving business landscape, where adaptability, strategic thinking, and innovation are essential. Your role requires a proactive and resilient individual with strong collaboration, clear communication, effective leadership, and exceptional organizational skills. You will support operations across varying priorities, demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness as our North America Export business continuously evolves. Your Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a finance business partner to Operations leadership, including Regional Business Leaders (RBLs), Business Center Operations Leaders (BCOLs), and global counterparts, actively participating in the management team and provide ongoing financial expertise to support informed decision making across to our project management teams.
  • Oversee the financial operations of North American Export business centers and international branch offices, ensuring the accurate review and analysis of financial statements, revenue recognition, and effective management of DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), Work-in-Progress (WIP), and cash cycles.
  • Prepare comprehensive and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and year-to-date executive summaries, with detailed variance analyses and actionable insights to assist leadership in strategic planning.
  • Facilitate the development of financial plans, annual budgets, and quarterly forecasts in close collaboration with your business partners.
  • Partner with project management teams to establish accurate financial forecasts for diverse projects, including those with complex or global elements.
  • Create and refine pricing and costing models for project bids, considering factors such as KPI incentives, joint ventures, and unconventional contract terms.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, processes, and internal control frameworks, maintaining compliance with relevant financial reporting standards and regulations.
  • Collaborate with financial and operational leadership to coordinate monthly project reviews and analyze financial performance to address challenges and implement solutions.
  • Work with other Finance Managers and Directors to plan and implement continuous business process improvements and best practices.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of key contractual agreements with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal and external auditors and tax advisors as needed.
  • Support potential new acquisitions and integration of project financial data as required.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
  • Proven success in fostering strong relationships with Business Leaders, Project Managers and Project Controllers.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate financial aspects of projects, business centers and other avenues to leadership.
  • Proactive in implementing effective financial management practices.
  • Expertise in applying systems and processes to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Skilled in leading teams and collaborating effectively in team environments.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly self-motivated with strong prioritization and multitasking abilities.


Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business or a related field.
  • Minimum seven years of directly related financial management experience.


Typical office environment working with computers and remaining sedentary for long periods of time. Field work may include exposure to the elements including inclement weather.
