The Role:

The Vice President, Family Office and RIA will be expected to consistently deliver Bonaventure's value proposition across the family office and $1B+ RIA channels, ensuring continuous engagement and interest from potential and existing clients. This role requires a proactive approach to engaging key decision makers within the firms to determine the opportunities to grow assets under management. You will be responsible for driving Bonaventure's capital-raising and client relationship efforts within the channel nationally. This individual will engage in the full lifecycle of client relationship activities, from initial prospecting to onboarding new relationships and maintaining relationships with current and new clients within single and multifamily offices. In addition, this individual will be responsible for engaging enterprise RIAs to obtain agreements for distribution through their network of affiliated advisors.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive fundraising across our suite of investment products.
  • Leverage personal networks to identify new prospective Partners.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the investment strategy and outcomes to effectively represent the firm's products both internally and externally.
  • Continually create new sales and educational ideas/tactics to advocate product (e.g., blog posts, thought leadership ideas).
  • Identify target opportunities nationally to leverage Bonaventure's strengths and implement sales campaigns.
  • Perform proactive sales calls, meetings, and sales campaigns to promote Bonaventure's product offerings to existing and new investors.
  • Develop and implement a business plan and sales strategy.
  • Search for new firms that can leverage Bonaventure's current offerings and strengths.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of market, advisor, and investor trends.


Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of total industry experience.
  • Strong and demonstrated experience raising capital from RIAs and Family Offices.
  • Product experience in alternatives; multifamily real estate preferred.
  • Knowledge of regulatory environments across the US and ability to navigate these jurisdictions from a sales and regulatory perspective.
  • Able to work with a dynamic (i.e., continually growing and evolving) product set.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, both internally and externally.
  • Exceptional ability to manage time, priorities, and internal expectations.
  • Exceptional work ethic and a desire to succeed. Bonaventure expects the candidate to grow in tandem with the firm's growth.
  • Ability to travel to clients frequently.
  • Compensation: The base annual salary range for this position is expected to be $150-200K + BPS on _____. Actual salary may vary based on factors such as skill, experience, and qualifications for the role. Employee may be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on individual, team, and company performance.
