Your Key Responsibilities:
As our InfoScale expert, you will be the trusted resource across multiple DoD client environments, where your proactive and responsive approach will make a real difference:
You'll be on a flexible retainer basis, ready to support clients as issues arise. This is a remote-first position, with occasional travel (up to 25%) to customer sites as needed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
As our InfoScale expert, you will be the trusted resource across multiple DoD client environments, where your proactive and responsive approach will make a real difference:
- Troubleshoot InfoScale environments and infrastructure issues
- Review configurations and provide optimization guidance
- Lead knowledge transfer sessions and mentoring
- Recommend and implement best practices
- Manage and escalate complex support cases
- Act as a bridge between support, architecture, and engineering teams
You'll be on a flexible retainer basis, ready to support clients as issues arise. This is a remote-first position, with occasional travel (up to 25%) to customer sites as needed.
What You Bring:
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or higher
- In-depth experience with Veritas InfoScale products (Storage, Availability, Foundation Suite)
- Strong background in system administration, storage management, and performance tuning
- Ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience supporting DoD clients or similar secure environments
- Willingness to travel domestically (25%)
- Shape the stability and performance of mission-critical systems
- Work with leading-edge technology in highly secured environments
