Position Description
As a Human Resources Director, you will oversee the implementation of a client-focused People Strategy linked to local business goals, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure HR strategies support business and organisation objectives. Some key responsibilities include:
  • Facilitate performance leadership and coaching to drive performance and build long-term company success.
  • Develop career paths and provide development resources to build the internal talent pipeline and successors.
  • Support leaders and employees to Play to Win through driving innovation and reaching goals.
  • Manage change by facilitating change management activities within the organisation.
  • Facilitate workforce planning, and organizational efficiency processes.
  • Foster an engaging, diverse, and inclusive employee environment and culture.


Required Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • A bachelor's degree or relevant experience/certification in specialised HR functions.
  • 10+ years of progressive and relevant HR experience, including a strong generalist foundation and hands-on experience in specialist roles focused on compensation and benefits.
  • 5+ years in leadership roles.
  • Experience working with the Canadian market and guidelines
