As a Continuous Improvement Leader, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

• Financial results: Responsible for achieving continuous improvement savings and delivering measurable results
• Contributing as a member of the plant operating committee: Playing an active role in the plant's operating committee, collaborating with other members to drive strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Shaping plant strategy: Influencing and developing the plant's strategic direction, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and objectives.
• Facilitating annual project prioritization and resource planning: Leading the process of prioritizing projects and planning resources annually to ensure efficient and effective execution.
• Leading the continuous improvement team and facilitate kaizen events: Guiding the continuous improvement team and organize kaizen events to foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Leading 1% better everyday efforts: Championing the initiative to make incremental improvements every day, striving for excellence in all aspects of plant operations.
• Facilitating the site PMO and ADP process: Managing the site Project Management Office (PMO) and Annual Development Plan (ADP) process to ensure successful project execution and development planning.
• Leading Impactful Projects: Leading improvements as a high impact individual contributor - modeling and demonstrating winning approaches (focused on leading with kaizen) to deliver significant results.
• Coaching and training: Providing coaching and training to team members, enhancing their skills and capabilities in continuous improvement methodologies.

Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution AND five (5) years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or logistics/distribution in a private, public, government or military environment

OR

• High School Diploma/GED from AND nine (9) years of experience in manufacturing, operations, supply chain or logistics/distribution in a private, public, government or military environment

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Continuous Improvement experience, including kaizen facilitation
• Technical Leadership and/or Project Management experience
• Prior strategy deployment experience
• Strong facilitation, communication and teaching skills

Work location: Onsite - Columbia, MO

Travel: May include up to 5% domestic/international

Relocation Assistance: May be authorized

Applicable to US Applicants Only:The expected compensation range for this position is $137,439 - $167,981, which includes base pay plus variable incentive pay, if eligible. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may vary based on factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's relevant knowledge, training, skills, work location, and/or experience.
