Key Responsibilities:
- Organize submittals and deliverables
- Perform site visits, research, and due diligence for projects
- Mentor junior architects and interns
- Ensure detailed-oriented work and excellent written and verbal communication
Requirements:
- BS or Master's Degree in Architecture
- NCARB Certification
- 8+ years of experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Background in K-12, higher education, or government projects (preferred)
- Detailed-oriented and excellent written and verbal skills
- Ability to mentor younger architects
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in commercial, industrial, or residential projects (secondary preference)
Salary Range: $75,000 - $95,000
