Senior Electrical Engineer - Industrial & Manufacturing Projects

- Salary: $145K - $165K/year
- Term: Direct Hire
We are seeking a Senior Electrical Engineer to lead electrical design and project execution for industrial, chemical, and manufacturing projects. This role offers growth potential in leadership and technical expertise, with responsibilities in client engagement, proposal development, and managing electrical engineering activities across multiple projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead low/medium/high voltage electrical system design (switchgear, transformers, motors, MCCs, lighting, grounding, and cable systems).
- Perform electrical calculations (load studies, short circuit, arc flash, lighting design, etc.).
- Develop technical deliverables (schematics, single lines, specifications, reports, and layouts).
- Oversee multi-discipline coordination and ensure compliance with NEC, NFPA, IEEE, and OSHA standards.
- Manage multiple projects while ensuring quality, cost, and schedule alignment.
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering (P.E. license in FL preferred; EIT with 4+ years considered).
- 4+ years of experience in electrical engineering (industrial, chemical, or manufacturing projects preferred).
- Proficiency in electrical design software (SKM, etc.) and Excel.
- Working knowledge of process controls and instrumentation is a plus.
- TWIC Card (preferred).
