Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. You Have:
- 7+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
- 7+ years of experience with systems engineering, development, planning, integration, and testing of navigation payloads, communications antennas, transmitters, or receivers of a payload
- 3+ years of experience with space system and DoD program reviews, including SRR, SDR and SFR, PDR, CDR, MRR, TRR, FCA, or PCA
- Experience with collaboration tools, including Confluence or Jira
- Experience analyzing subsystem and program-level integrated master schedules (IMS)
- Experience analyzing contractor earned value management (EVM) data
- Ability to be highly motivated, display a dynamic work ethic, and contribute to the DoD mission
- Ability to communicate effectively and establish collaborative relationships with government clients and contractor teammates
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
Nice If You Have:
- 10+ years of experience with space vehicle systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing
- Experience with hosted payloads management and systems engineering, planning, integration, and testing of multiple space vehicle subsystems and its components, including structural, power, attitude control, thermal, propulsion, or communication
- Experience with requirements verification
- Experience with space vehicle level tests including system performance tests, TVAC, acoustics, or EMI/EMC testing
- Experience performing multiple systems engineering and program management functions
- Knowledge of GPS space, ground, or segment, DoD acquisition lifecycle and milestones, and DoD systems engineering, test, and production policies, standards, and practices
- Possession of excellent interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills
- Top Secret clearance
- Master's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science
- PMP, ESEP, CSEP, or OCSMP Certification
