PURPOSE:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Process Engineer Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will lead process support and serve as a technical resource in complex process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives. This role involves leading the creation of baseline process maps, identifying inefficiencies, and redesigning and re-imagining processes to deliver superior customer experiences. Provide process consultation to enterprise-wide goals and objectives. Develop process roadmaps that refine and re-imagine processes to deliver superior customer experiences. Drive acceptance of process from stakeholders. Collaborates with all levels of organization for process development, adoption, and optimization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  • Lead process support and serve as a technical resource in complex process development, troubleshooting, process optimization, and scaling up initiatives.
  • Create baseline process maps, identify inefficiencies, and redesign and re-imagine processes to enhance customer experiences.
  • Act as process owner and demonstrate tangible benefits and value of the process.
  • Lead collaboration with cross-functional teams to identify, analyze gaps, and document processes.
  • Lead the adoption, success, and maintenance of processes.
  • Evaluate metrics, identify and implement improvement strategies.
  • Perform validation activities on existing and new processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process improvements align with business goals.
  • Develop and implement strategies for process optimization and continuous improvement.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to resolve process-related issues.
  • Monitor and analyze process performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Architects' processes that reflect the enterprise vision and drive innovation.
  • Provides process consultation across all levels of the organization.
  • Leads the process development, adoption, optimization, and maintenance of processes.
  • Develops process roadmap and gains buy-in from stakeholders.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY:
Position does not have direct reports but is expected to assist in guiding and mentoring less experienced staff. May lead a team of matrixed resources.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Level: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR in lieu of a Bachelor's degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience.

Experience: 10 years of relevant process engineering experience or demonstrated ability to perform the functions at the level required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Advanced degree

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSAs)
  • Proven experience in process engineering, with a focus on process development, optimization, and scaling up.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proficiency in process mapping and analysis tools.
  • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Ability to motivate others and foster a culture of continuous improvement and agile execution.
  • Knowledge of process architecture methods and tools.
  • Knowledge of process roadmap techniques.
  • Knowledge of negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of business domain, processes, systems, and industry/technology trends.
  • Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers, within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer, including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Salary Range: $128,640 - $229,944

This compensation range is specific and considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilites of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/training, internal peer equity, and market and business consideration.
