Position summary:
The Clearing House (TCH) has launched the first new national payments system in over 40 years. The Real-time Payments system (RTP) allows customers of participating Banks and Credit Unions to send instant payments to any other person or business whose bank participates. The goal of the system is to ultimately provide access to instant payments to every financial institution and account holder in the US. To achieve this goal, significant enhancements and expansion of the system will occur over the next 3-5 years in order to support over 10,000 financial institutions.
This position is for a Senior DevOps Engineer focused on CI/CD tooling for the on-premise and AWS infrastructure. This position will work closely with developers, QC and infrastructure teams to build out our in-house and cloud CI/CD pipelines so that developers can build and deploy application in a secure manner. This position will also maintain current DevOps tooling at TCH.

The candidate will need to be detail oriented but also able to understand the overall environment (internally and externally) and interact with and communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and external clients at all levels.

Work is generally sedentary in nature The working environment is generally favorable. Lighting and temperature are adequate, and there are no hazardous or unpleasant conditions caused by noise, dust, etc. Work is generally performed within an office environment, with standard office equipment available.
The anticipated annual salary range for this position is $125,000-$145,000. Base salary will be determined by the role, experience, skill set and location. For eligible positions, discretionary incentive compensation may be awarded contingent on personal and company performance. Qualifications required:
- Experience in implementing and supporting DevOps tooling for a highly regulated environments
- Experience in working with Terraform and Ansible.
- Experience in working with CICD tools like Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Articatory, SonarQube, Fortify, Blackduck, Xray, and AWS tools.
- Experience with security tooling and principles including AWS SecurityHub
- Experience in working in a secure environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in mentoring and working with other team members in an Agile environment
- Experience in working in a regulated environment with a Secure-SDLC and implementing check points and processes for building and deploying code within that regulated environment.
Qualifications desired:
- Experience developing and supporting large, mission critical applications, transaction processing applications is preferred.
- Experience in working in a regulated environment and understand advanced security concepts
- Experience in Software Development is preferred.

- Buildout an advanced CI/CD solution
- Support our existing CI/CD toolchain
- Complete tasks and projects in a timely manner.
- Assist in defining and documenting support procedures.
- Assist in training QA and Operations staff in functionality and operation of the system.
