Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Heavy Civil Project Manager to oversee and lead our heavy civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large-scale civil engineering projects, including highways, bridges, and airports, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage heavy civil construction projects from inception to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets while ensuring adherence to timelines and costs.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met.
• Oversee project estimating and bidding processes, ensuring competitive pricing and resource allocation.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to address potential issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and practices on all job sites.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality of work.
• Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy civil project management.
• Proven experience in managing projects related to highways, bridges.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent project estimation and budget management skills.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
