Location & Office Attendance:
This position is located in our Kitchener, Ontario in our beautiful new office. This is a Hybrid position that requires 3 days per week office attendance with flexibility to work from home two days per week.
Position Summary:
CSI Global IT is responsible for the delivery of critical enterprise-wide IT systems and services. As a member of the IT Cybersecurity team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure the ongoing availability, reliability, and security of the Canadian Solar information assets in a cost-effective manner.

Position Summary:
CSI Global IT is responsible for the delivery of critical enterprise-wide IT systems and services. As a member of the IT Cybersecurity team, you'll be responsible for managing day-to-day operations to ensure the ongoing availability, reliability, and security of the Canadian Solar information assets in a cost-effective manner.
Professional Qualifications:
- A post-secondary degree or diploma in a related discipline, or equivalent experience in cybersecurity.
- 8+ years of cybersecurity experience, preferably in a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong background in IAM, Endpoint Security, Email Security, SASE/Cloud Security solutions, and Threat Management.
- Experience with security products such as Bitsight, Cymulate, and Netskope.
- Expert knowledge of IT security processes (ticketing systems, change control, disaster recovery, and security administration).
- Experience leading penetration testing, Red Team assessments, and adversary emulation.
- Project management experience related to cybersecurity initiatives.
- Experience with Active Directory, SAML, ADFS, Kerberos, LDAP, GPO, DHCP, DNS.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 security (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
- Experience securing IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS in Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions for cloud and on-premises environments.
- Experience with SIEM solutions, SOAR, and incident response tools.
- Scripting and automation experience (PowerShell preferred).
- Experience managing mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures is an asset.
- Microsoft 365, Azure, or AWS certifications are a plus but not required.
