Arjo is seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager, Rental Solutions, to lead the development and execution of strategic and tactical marketing initiatives aimed at driving growth within the rental market. In this dynamic, cross-functional role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing comprehensive internal and external marketing strategies designed to increase market share, revenue, and profitability.

  • Total Cash - Base pay of $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 and variable compensation are the primary elements of the Arjo Base Compensation program. These vary depending upon the nature of the job.

Day-to-day functions include the following:
  • Development and execution of overall strategy, marketing plans, and programs of rental portfolio
  • Development of rental go-to-market plans and launch execution including strategy, messaging, marketing material, promotions, pricing, and sales force tactics.
  • Management of business operations of rental fleet, including support of distribution and factory/manufacturer relationships, ownership of local market evaluation, and commercialization
  • Drive regional events to bring together decision makers & establish KOL relationships in key areas.
  • Work with sales organization to develop key account strategies. Partner with regional leadership teams to develop and execute strategies to increase sales and customer retention.
  • Performs maintenance of assigned product line(s) technical sales support, product advertising/promotion, pricing, lifecycle management planning, competitive surveillance, and forecasting.
  • Assist in developing and identifying new work processes and the improved utilization of human and material resources as related to the product portfolio to improve efficiencies and costs
  • Acquire and apply competitive and market research data to reassess and recalibrate marketing strategies and tactics on an ongoing basis.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field (Master's/Advanced degree is a plus).
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of marketing/product management experience
  • Prior experience in the medical device, healthcare or related industry is highly desired.
  • Must be a self-starter, an independent thinker, and a rapid decision maker.
  • Prior downstream marketing and/or strong sales experience is preferred; formal leadership experience a plus.
  • Executive-level communication, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • Proven success in managing large, complex, cross-functional programs from conception to completion.
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and other database concepts.
