As the Global Commercial Digital & Medical Integration Lead, this role will support all commercial digital areas of strategy, design and implementation related to initiatives for personalized value delivery to patients/HCPs. This role will integrate external best practice with internal strategic needs to deliver platform solutions that meet the needs of the regional business and provide a basis for building future global solutions. This role will act as a commercial and medical digital solution expert supporting the North America region, and working closely with both the global ICT and Digital transformation teams. This role will ensure alignment with key project initiatives as well as the development and implementation of advanced global (cross-regional and cross-functional) digital services and solutions directly supporting the company's vision aligned with becoming a leading global specialty pharmaceutical company. This role is pivotal in designing and maintaining robust, scalable digital systems and platforms such as patient service hub, CRM, Digital Marketing and Medical CRM solutions.

Essential Functions
  • Support global and cross-functional strategic and operational initiatives linked into the Global Digital team objectives
  • Design the 'To-Be' commercial/patient support platform in collaboration with the Global Digital and Data Head and regional commercial digital organization, and design scalable and secure commercial digital platforms, harmonizing regional initiatives and identifying areas of integration to create synergy effects across all regions.
  • Help the establishment, ownership (commercial, functions and IT) and scalability of global Data Governance processes and practices, creating a path for closer alignment and integration of data across the Company under the defined data utilization strategy and direction.
  • Support creating detailed roadmap/plan for data platform development initiatives for the Patient-centric and commercial digital space related to the project.
  • Act as Subject Matter Expert for patient centric digital innovation, as North America commercial digital solution expert working closely with project team members, both internal and external.
  • Take ownership to develop commercial platform integration roadmap/plan ensuring both global and regional benefits and harmonized values with Medical platform.
  • Create the future state and transformation roadmap of commercial digital and medical platforms and solutions aligned with company vision & transformation roadmap
  • Awareness of key Commercial and medical platform transformations, and consult/provide expert input into future state, including but not limited to global CRM transformation
  • Create a detailed project plan to deliver data requirements arising from Patient Centricity workstreams
  • Work with key commercial and medical stakeholders in regions to create and align a single detailed project plan for integration of commercial CRM platforms globally and medical CRM harmonization, following the separation of Veeva and Salesforce
  • Support the delivery of global data initiatives, ensuring that platform and project standards, change control, and other regulatory processes are followed through the lifecycle
  • Promote and lead the adoption of forward-looking technologies, including AI and machine learning, to enhance commercial operation processes and capabilities, in close collaboration with AI Governance Lead
  • Work with Data teams to design data flow standards to ensure effective, secure, and efficient data transfer from source to consumption leveraging data governance forums
  • Build strong relationships with Global and Regional teams, to enable a closer alignment of global data strategies and architecture with regional commercial activities and objectives
  • Work with regional commercial teams to influence and align global data architecture and platform strategy, initiatives, and standards
  • Build, mentor, and manage a team of commercial experience and other technical staff, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Engage colleagues across the organization to scale education and understanding - enabling usage of digital service and data to change behaviors and drive ROI from Data Investments.
  • Develop and implement data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity strategies to ensure data availability and integrity.
  • Be a key contributor to our overall journey, helping drive adoption of best practices and forward-looking technologies.

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Mathematics, or a related field required; At least 10 years of experience within the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrable knowledge of leading effective global data programs. At least 5 years of experience leading a team.

Experience
Deep knowledge of commercial digital techniques and platforms, including CRM, Marketing automation, and patient support platform; Proficiency in specific architectural frameworks and tools; Expertise in commercial digital experience solution development and business alignment catering to variety of commercial digital applications like CRM, Patient service, Market access tools, SFA and Marketing automation etc.

Technical Skills
Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Non-Technical Skills
Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, meet deadlines, make decisions, and change course of action quickly. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Strong work ethic is required. Detail oriented and excellent follow through. Has the ability to flex and deal with ambiguity in a dynamic, fast-paced, high growth environment. Has a passion for personal learning and development to be able to grow with the company. Cultural sensitivity and ability to develop consensus within a multinational organization.

This position will require 20% domestic and International Travel
